Reinventing Mathematics

March 21 @ 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

toddler ring of fire
MathsWorldUK invites you to an evening of mathematical surprises at Innovation Warehouse with drinks and nibbles.

Guest speaker Rob Eastaway will reveal everyday mathematical curiosities and unravel myths in the world around us. Rob Eastaway is a regular guest on Radio 4 and best-selling author of Why do Buses come in Threes?, The Hidden Maths of Sport and How to Remember Almost Everything Ever.

Tom Crawford, AKA TomRocksMaths – Oxford Tutor and Naked Mathematician, lover of rock music and maths tattoos, will be joining us, showing us maths reinvented.

MathsWorldUK is working to make the UK’s first Mathematics Discovery Centre and we want you to be part of the project. We want you to play with our prototype collection of exhibits and brain teasers – and we want to know what you think to help us shape our future.
