Established in 2011 at Innovation Warehouse, LaunchPad Recruits was ahead of the curve. The company provides an online video interviewing platform, used by employers to make better and faster short-listing decisions during the candidate screening process.
Founder Will Hamilton had his lightbulb moment after watching his mother recruiting potential candidates through the conventional process of screening CVs, followed by interviews. He always felt the process was arduous and technologically outdated.
LaunchPad Recruits’ USP was to help recruiters make the right choices faster and avoid missing out on valuable talent. Video interviews considerably reduce the time recruiters spend short-listing candidates, eliminating face-to-face interviews and enabling them to filter through a greater volume of candidate profiles.
The company targets a number of organisations in different sectors, ranging from large enterprises to SMEs and professional recruiters. All of LaunchPad’s clients are based in London, but due to the success of the company it is branching and exploring the potential of other countries.

The company has grown rapidly since its official launch and received attention from a number of investors. Its vision is to expand globally and develop a wider range of products for its clients.
