LSE Careers Entrepreneurship: Startup Kids film screening

November 21, 2013 @ 12:00 AM - 9:30 PM

The Start-up Kids is a documentary featuring the stories of young web entrepreneurs who have succeeded in building some of the enterprises that are shaping our landscape. The film contains interviews with the founders of SoundcloudDropboxVimeoPlayfishRainmakersLeWebKiipInDineroFoodspotting and many others who talk about their experiences launching a start-up and their lives as an entrepreneur.

The film was made by two Icelandic entrepreneurs, Vala Halldorsdottir and Sesselja Vilhjalmsdottir, who founded their first company shortly after the economic collapse of Iceland and wanted to motivate other young people to become entrepreneurs.

LSE Careers Entrepreneurship and co.labs London invite you to join LSE students for this screening, then we’ll end with food and drinks and the chance to get to chat to the other entrepreneurs in the room.
